At AKM CCTV, we are committed to delivering and installing CCTV systems in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Please review our policy below:
Delivery Services
- We provide delivery across [City/Region/Country].
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after order confirmation (subject to stock availability).
- Delivery charges may vary based on location and order size.
- Customers will be notified of the delivery schedule in advance.
Inspection on Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported to our delivery team immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.
Installation Services
- Professional installation is available for all CCTV systems purchased from us.
- Installation appointments will be scheduled after product delivery and confirmed with the customer.
- Our trained technicians will ensure proper setup, testing, and demonstration of the system.
- Standard installation covers basic camera mounting, wiring, and DVR/NVR setup.
- Any additional work (e.g., concealed wiring, extra cabling, wall drilling, or network configuration) may incur extra charges.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure access to the installation site on the agreed date and time.
- Power supply, internet connectivity, and necessary approvals (e.g., from property management) should be arranged before installation.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Customers may reschedule installation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in additional charges.
Post-Installation Support
- Our team will provide a brief training session on how to operate the CCTV system.
- After installation, customers can contact our support team for troubleshooting, maintenance, or upgrades.
Warranty & Service
- All installations are covered under our standard warranty policy.
- Issues arising from improper handling after installation are not covered under warranty.
